I have a 1yr old Jack Russell named charlie. he is about 10lbs, very stocky, he loves to run. He is
a good dog needs an experienced owner and a new home soon. Would make a great hunting dog.

I had bought this nice, flat leather bridle for my draft/thoroughbred cross in hopes we'd one day
be fox hunting but sadly I lost my big horse to complications from colic. I only used this bridle a
handful of times while riding in the arena at home so it's still brand new.
Made by Paris Tack of Australian leather, it's a good quality bridle for fox hunt or trail. The
matching reins are 3/4" wide.
Some measurements of the bridle to help you with fit are: 3/4" wide x 16" long browband, 1-1/8"
wide noseband and 3/4" wide cheek pieces. Headstall measures: Noseband:24"-29" around nose,
Bit to Bit: 41"-53".
All leather is clean and well oiled. Color is Havana brown. Price is $65.00.

Buttercup is a 4 year old Chow/Golden Retriever/Sheltie mix. She lived with one family since she was a pup but then they fell on hard circumstances. Words cannot describe how beautiful this dog is. She is a red/gold sable with white furnishings. Her coat is gorgeous. Buttercup is 40 lbs, healthy, spayed, housebroken, calm gentle and well mannered. She is good with children, dogs and cats. She needs an update on her shots.

Barn in riverhead/westhamton area--board under 400/month? Free lease |

Hi everyone,
I'm looking for a barn to board my horse. Facilities don't need to be fancy, just safe. Under 400 a
month (I could provide hay/grain/bedding, but I couldn't feed or muck b/c of school schedule).
No more than 30 mins from Westhampton. Does anyone know of anywhere? A private barn with an
extra stall?
I'm also looking for someone to free lease this same horse (or giveaway to the perfect home).
Boarding him somewhere cheap is my last resort. If anyone knows of someone interested in a
15.1 hh jumper. Needs a confident and sensitive rider, but loads of fun and the BEST personality.
Super cute. Hacks out, great on the flat. I've jumped him over some XC fences too. So so fun I
love him to death but I have very sadly outgrown him, and he needs exercise while I'm at school.

I have a 6 month old Great Dane/Staffordshire mixed pup for adoption. Scooby has a Dane head with longish floppy ears, looong tail, huge bone and HUGE paws. He has the shorter, more compact body and high intelligence of a Staffie. He has the markings of a mantle Dane with a shiny coat like a mirror. My guess is he will finish out at around 27-28" and 85 lbs. A truly gorgeous young man with a goofy personality.

I have guinea fowl keets (chicks) just one week old for sale. 15 beautiful babies, straight run (which means we cannot sex them until they are much older) from hand raised, tame parent birds. Keets sold in minimun groups of 3 each and will require a predator proof, warm enclosure. They eat chick starter feed...Start and Grow, which is available at area feed shops, until they are 3-4 months old. Although these birds wil never be as "domestic" as chickens, they are wonderful farm birds that eat tons of bugs and will stay close by with a minimum of care as adults. Guard Dog |

A dog I'm fostering for a rescue has an 8/1 deadline for adoption or she will be euthanized. I like this dog, she has had a hard life. She has already been kenneled for 5 months with no takers. Hundreds of dollars have been spent to get her healthy but she has behaviors that make her unsuitable as a family dog. Mariah is a 5-7 year old Rottie who was probably an outdoor guard dog. She was pulled from a high kill shelter in NJ. She is sweet, playful and VERY intelligent. The rescue is willing to place her (no fee), as a house dog with experienced adults or as a guard dog IF she has a heated place to sleep. The behavior at issue involves restraining her at the vet. She turns into Cujo squared. Because of this she cannot be around kids. She would be OK with a big male dog but no cats or small dogs. I'd love to see someone save her life. doberesq@verizon.net

I recently purchased a brand new pair of TuffRider paddock boots in a size 9.5 ladies. They fit snugly in the store, and i walked around feeling perfectly fine in them. But when i went to the barn once for a few hours i limped out in pain, they were too small. They were only used that once, and have a few minor imperfections(like a few scratches on the toe) but perfectly new, and i still have the box and tags. Did not return them within 30 days, so cannot bring them back. I paid 90.00 for them originally. Nice boots, Only wish that they fit me!
I am asking 70 dollars for them.

Jax was adopted a year ago from a NYC shelter. His owner was sadly forced to return him due to financial problems. Jax immediately became the favorite dog of the employees and volunteers at the high-kill shelter. His owner said this sweet 70 lb shep/staffie mix loves adults, children and other dogs, but not cats. He is 3 years old, healthy, housebroken and well-mannered. Jax has been rescued from death row, he is now in foster care. He is looking for a new family to love and protect.
