I also have beautiful wool dress sheets in hunter green color with beige trim with a leather front closure and braided tail band, sheet, blankets, saddle pads, boots, womens riding show clothes including tailored sportsmen and field boots. All are used but in great condition. Riding pants are size 24. The wool dress sheet is size 74 I think but will have to check if interested. I would like 125 for it.

Boat for sale very lightly used. I always kept it on my trailer at home, my dad maintained it.

I have no time with all the shows to use the boat. Last year I used it twice and the year before only my mom took it out one time.

Hi Everyone,
I attended the (Suffolk Equestrian Task Force) meeting in Huntington last
night. Unfortunately, very few attendees ----I had read through a copy of
26 pages of the document and an appendix of horse organizations (there was
quite a bit more to the report that was available to take at the meeting).
After the panel explained how the Task Force & report came to be, and what
the goals were, they invited comments from the audience. I appreciate their
hard work and the document reflects a lot of thought and effort to be
comprehensive. That said, they are missing some organizations and are
looking for more ideas and comments. We all will need to brainstorm , and
lots more horse people need to show up at the next 2 meetings. Once the
open forums finish and the task force report is tweaked ----the panel will
be bringing this info to the town & village officials who have the zoning
power and therefore, power to make changes.  Officials need to see that we
are involved and really care about what happens.  That means the entire
varied horse community must come together.
We also need to bring the document and formation of an equestrian task
force to the attention of the Nassau County Legislature, so that perhaps we
can improve the situation here as well.

I planted this when Rose passed away. It was less than 3 inches tall and I am not good with plants!  It was a Rose of Sharon which I felt was appropriate because I am Sharyn and this was for my Rose. Rose was the message board moderator for Long Island Equine. Rose and I met when she asked me to list her house for sale. I did sell the house and Rose moved off the Island, the website kept Rose informed. Rose was able to still be a part of the Long Island horse crowd. Most important to Rose was her IHA friends.

 She and I became friends from that day she called me over to her house. That was how Rose became the moderator; Rose insisted that she do it because it was not being done properly in her opinion. Rose was outstanding and did go over and above what she had to do. Rose would even do research for people. She became a loyal and trusted friend. I miss her humor and friendship.

I went into the LIHP yard today, my Rose is in bloom. I  want  to share with everyone who loved Rose how this plant has survived with me as the caretaker.
